Once a native of Canton, Ohio, Tim Yohe moved to St. Louis, Missouri in 1998. After working in the culinary field for over 20 years, one day - while walking across the Eden Theological Seminary field - he felt God’s call to become a teacher. Tim had already begun his academic career back at Kent State University and decided to bring it to
completion at UMSL. In December 2020 he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science inEducation. When he is not planning or teaching his 8 middle school classes, you can find him spending time with his wife, 7 children, and 3 grandchildren. Tim loves fishing, the outdoors, wine country, learning to play guitar, and digital assets. As a convert in 2015, his faith is incredibly important to him and his family. Each year he and his wife spend a weekend at the White House Retreat in Oakville to help reset their relationship with God
and to be better servants in the oftentimes difficult “mission field.”
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” - Romans 8:28
